      There are several reasons! The ambient, people around you, the support and care from your co-workers, learning new things everyday and growing as a professional! They give you thousands of opportunities for you to form yourself and have success in everything that you do!

      There are so many things that you can be able to do, but there is just not enough time to learn and do them all at once! Nevertheless, is never too late to learn new things and put them in practice to grow as a professional and get knowledge of different work areas!

      Great colleagues and enjoyable working environment with decent benefits.

      Cons

      Politics in upper management level which causes a lack of clear direction. Minimal chance of going up the ladder for locals as the Chinese take up most of the senior positions.
