Good career path. Good remuneration. Free quality trainings.

Cons

Will never make you a direct staff, unless they want to use you to manage a project as a manager. They prefer outsourced staff because they'll pay less and won't give full staff employment packages. No reasonable annual leave as an outsourced staff.
