      Pros

      This is my first employer. I had worked in this company for 14 years since I got my master degree. I love this company for its friendly environment. Every one kept his mind in doing good job, finish his work with good quality. No office politics, no complax relationship.

      Cons

      Sometimes you will feel that you have to do same work all the time and it is difficult to transfer to other department. It is not good for someone who want to have more experiences in different fields.
