      Great colleagues and enjoyable working environment with decent benefits.

      Cons

      Politics in upper management level which causes a lack of clear direction. Minimal chance of going up the ladder for locals as the Chinese take up most of the senior positions.

      Great place to work , cultural exchange interesting, easy to work and create while Chinese adapt to a new country or culture

      Cons

      not so open to new trends and recommendations, sometimes they prefer to lose before attempting new solutions , too many reports conduces to few results , lack of trust in non Chinese personel
