      There is less opportunity than in Huawei, but also less stressful.

      Cons

      It is much more comfortable to work in ZTE than in Huawei, if same salary is applied.

      Cons

      Not much of official trainig most of the learing have to be done our self in the web support sites that are not so easy to handle.
