      Pros

      Nice company to work for, regular and flexible schedule. The management doesn't interfere with your work too much as long as you're on time and responsible for your schedule. The support staff have always been timely to reply to concerns or help needed. Would recommend to anyone.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit low and hasn't been raised in the past three years now.
