Pros

Flexible working environment, you can play video games, watching drama & chit chat in office when nothing to do. Almost less thing to do when project end. No punch card every day can come late & no people is care.

Cons

Bad benefit, no bonus & increments. Company structure is very bad political everyway, new joiner need to become senior dogs to survive in team. No sharing knowledge & everything have to eat self.
