Pros

Cab facility , Free food, Decent job location

Cons

- Horrible work life balance , you have to work till early morning on a regular basis.Generally you would return by 4AM in morning. - Unprofessional seniors who force the female subordinates to smile at their dirty talks and threaten of poor feedbacks if you don't indulge in that . - Deadlines given are unrealistic and juniors are made scape goat by firing for non performance.Specially the Javelin pod is horrible.

some very smart kind people, some leaders worth following

no idea how to grow into larger company. large 'no whining' signs on HR office doors that people have to pass every day. 'meritocracy' = how much did you kiss up to the office managing principal significant bias towards people that start at zs and drink the koolaid. significant bias against people bringing fresh, new ideas to the table most principals are top down and you do what you're told - you are a overpaid glorified secretary.

Pros

Good place to get a year or two of hard experience. No up or out. Brand recognition in pharma sales operations and marketing. Get it right, Treat people right, and Do the right thing - is a firm motto

Cons

Not a good place to stay and grow. Mediocrity is accepted and often rewarded. Over the last few years the best talent tends to leave in frustration, resulting in the average performers becoming the "new" best, and getting promoted. End result is a culture in decline. Very poor mid-level leadership (myopic home grown management, with tunnel vision and lack of perspective) Senior partners tend to talk disparagingly about clients; creating negative and incorrect perceptions in junior associates minds. Management rarely follows the firm motto - treat people wrong (make juniors work hard/nights/weekends, and under bill hours to avoid projects going over budget); get it wrong (never admit calculation mistakes to the client to save face; conceal errors in excel and complex formula to confuse and redo analysis); do the right thing (hard to do it when you make a habit of violating the first 2)
