Bad Team Experience. Ignorant Manager

Had a bad experience with the team. No accountability for seniors. Blamed it all on junior associates. The manager ignored all complains and requests. Promoted an irresponsible and incapable man and kept giving more responsibilities to him. And when he couldn't manage time, the manager blamed the juniors. Made juniors work alone for a project meant for 3 people.

Cons

1. No personal life after you join this company 2. You will have to face a lot of office politics and upper management will act like they are supporting you but they will always support your boss/middle management 3. No work life balance at all 4. Me time at this firm is a myth 5. Growth is not much, work is mostly done on internal tools which have no value in the market

As a fresher I was excited to work here, but that excitement lasted only a month after realization of bitter truth.

Cons

There is no work life balance for freshers. Seniors will just assign you ample of work and leave you. You will keep on working till very late (on an avg till midnight-1am)
