The company shows little regard for the development of early-career employees and the impact offshoring on livelihoods or the loyalty of those who helped build its success. Burnout and Stress: Expectations for work are extremely high, often unrealistic, with little acknowledgment or reward for efforts. India management expects 12 - 16 hr work days for US employees. Leadership Turnover: Leadership instability contributes to a lack of vision and consistent guidance, making it harder for employees to feel secure or supported.
