focus on Pharma and life sciences which allows one to learn indepth about their issues, sales and marketing depth, less travel, international experience and opportunity,

Cons

Working hours can be long, promotion process can be influenced by personal relationships and likes and dislikes of key managers, path to partnership is easier but on average a partner at ZS makes less money than other consulting companies and there is no way to cash out on the equity earned

Long work hours Do whatever it takes attitude to meet client needs. Which means usually working overtime on the weekends. Corporate reimbursement policy is crap. No corp credit cards, do you own expenses, which becomes hard when you are working so much, Have to think 2x before you do a late night dinner or otherwise
