      Pros

      - If u put in efforts, u will get better work. - Team members are really helpful.

      Cons

      - Actual payscale is poor. - defered bonus - Poor/Careless HR/Admin. - off late, they are diluting the work force quality. They don't need smart people and definitely not the IITians. - Internal Incentive compensation system is flawed. Don't be surprised, if u r the top performer and u get an embarrassing bonus/hike.

      . Good salary, good employee care, decent work, less number of hiearchies to reach to the top

      Cons

      Too much of ownership and that means a lot of hard work is required, leading to high work pressure situations
