1. Great people 2. Very people friendly policies 3. Though the field they operate in is narrow, if you develop a liking for pharma sales and marketing there is not better set of people to learn from

Cons

1. No diversity in opportunities in terms of across sectors and functions. 2. Some times switching projects takes longer than expected and you end up getting a bit bored.

- Lot of exposure given to people on data analytics and consulting - Can learn a lot on how to manage team dynamics - Pays well and rewards well - A very informal and friendly atmosphere to work at - A lots of facilities are provided by the company like transport, food, internet etc.

Cons

- Work-life balance is off... More of work and less time for yourself/family. But this can also be improved and the opinion varies from person to person
