-Decent money -Very young working force so get to meet energetic and enthusiastic people -Fair work

Cons

- if you want to standout, worklife balance becomes a problem -your luck will decide your career,lack of transparency in the review process -very formal environment, which becomes rigid at times

- Amazing bunch of people. It is hard to find a dumb person in the office! - The people are very helpful. ZS has an open door policy so you find help whenever you need it. - The office parties are something else entirely ;) - ZS has some core set of values that everyone follows. This makes it stand apart.

Cons

- Late working hours, although this is changing very fast.

This company does a great job at one thing, but once you figure everything out once it just repeats

* The caliber of people here is higher than average * for the first year I learned a lot * compensation is good * hours are good if you work quickly * the service ZS provides to clients is valuable and well executed

Cons

* Too much micromanagement. I think some people do need to be guided, but for those who can figure it out on their own managers should give more freedom to create and do their own thing. * Projects are really repetitive and you don't learn much once you get over the initial hump. If you want to go home at 5, this is your place. If you want to develop your skills, I'd suggest looking at other jobs.
