- Smart people, capable of delivering quality results in extremely tight timelines - Good performance review process - Senior people are easily approachable - Good quality work delivered to the client

Cons

- Poor work life balance, specially in India offices - Lack of long term vision at the senior management level - Work culture getting diluted with lateral hires at senior positions - HR policies becoming less employee friendly with time in India offices

Great coworkers, and decent office culture in the San Mateo office. Hardly any travel, which is a pro for me.

Cons

Heavy emphasis on sales and marketing. Need to be more upfront during recruiting about what this job actually entails. A lot of what we do doesn't really seem like consulting to me. Felt a little disillusioned coming straight out from undergrad.
