Not a lot of travel, especially for associates Dress around the office is pretty casual Possibility to be given a lot of responsibility early on

Work life balance is a challenge (60-70+ hour weeks are not uncommon) Despite claiming they are branching into other sectors, the overwhelming majority of clients you will work with are in Pharma or other related sectors Too much of your experience is dependent on the first few managers you work with
