Quality of work - you eventually learn & adapt to multiple things that you can think of Pay Master, loads of benefits- Excellent compensation , benefits & bonus. Frequent Onsite Travel, Global Environment.- almost everyone travels to US/ Europe/ Apac Excellent HR policies & practices- one of the best places to work

Cons

Many employees leave due to higher studies, bigger interests which results in immense pressure on current bandwidth & work life balance.
