Get to work with a class of intellectual people. One can work on various domains within a few couple of months. Great for experience. Company treats u well in terms of money, saves your money spent on food and travelling.

Cons

NO PERSONAL life at all. Late working hour can make u frustrated. If u r fine with it, this is the company for u that will give u great experience.
