Pros

The work culture at ZS is fine (read fashioned for bachelors). No instance of micromanagement was seen in my team, albeit a friend of mine experienced this in a harsh way. As mentioned by many that people come at ZS for their work culture. I'd say it is over-hyped.

Cons

Work-life balance: If you're a 9-5 person, it's very difficult to cope up here. On an average, I used to work for 11 hours every day- which excluded any break!

Good colleagues, parties, and cafeteria.

Cons

Employees and senior management takes a lot of pride in their "ZS way". Bad atmosphere, no extra pay for overtime. No work life balance.

Very interactive. A lot of office events. Light workload. Great office snacks.

Cons

Very minimal PTO and Sick Time. A bit like a cult. They push the "ZS WAY" very hard and many ZSers are robotic in nature. Admins are not permitted to work from home.
