      Blood sucking company

      Pros

      If you are too workaholic (agree to work for 12 hours a day) and don't have any personal life or family, want to do monotonous work then go for it. Stay in this company for years.

      Cons

      It is literally a blood-sucking company. They will make you work at least 12 hours a day. The staff you in a project 4 projects for 10 hours each and will make you work for 80 hours a week. That's why I said it is a blood-sucking company. You will never ever have a choice on which project you wish to work on. And the worst part is once you are assigned to a project and don't like it, no one will ever listen to you and help you to get out of it. Come on ZS! Have some sympathy for your employees. Don't treat them as robots for god sake.

Globally, we have grown at such a tremendous pace even during the pandemic, and you have most likely felt some of the growing pains from this very unique moment in our history.       Awesome company to learn and grow

      Pros

      - Variety of work. ZS does strategy projects (MBB comparable) and execution type (Big 4 comparable). There's a number of deep products related to sales and marketing, but there's also a big emphasis on Digital & Tech, a growing PE practice, and ZS also makes and markets IT tools & systems. -Culture: One of the core values is "Treat People Right" and there's a big focus on building a good culture. I don't think it's possible to be a jerk and keep your job for very long. - Entrepreneurial Spirit: I'm essentially building my own business, within a business. I like that I learn how to scale and have autonomy, but also have a safety net and a regular paycheck

      Cons

      - Typical mgmt consulting cons- hours are not 9-5pm.

      Pathetic Work culture no proper knowledge transfer Bad disrespecting attitude. Not disclosing basic infra details.

      No pros. Always competing. Always pointing flaws. No team work. All freshers brainwashed into thinking its normal attitude and not sharing basic info.

      Cons

      full of cons. not allowing to take sick leave during covid. freshers forced to work till 5am. no allowance. unneccesary dependencies on consultants. no basic quality of development standards. no proper basic overview of project for lateral joinee. Numerous calls with forced video enabled where managers and leads are in unprofessional attire
