      - My manager treats me like a human being instead of like a pack mule and is a great trainer. - State of the art equipment and facilities. - Smart and friendly coworkers. - Closeness to every kind of restaurant. - All the Diet Cokes you can drink, yo.

      Cons

      None, there zero cons to working here as a Video Editor. Dream scenario.

      Pros

      Management seems to be cognizant of work/life balance and actively recruits to make sure work can be evenly distributed and completed with minimal stress. 40 hour work week, with OT available, but not required. Encourages charitable support & contribution. 401K (but not matching). Decent benefits. The company makes it extremely easy to perform assigned tasks remotely. If remote work is permitted post-Covid, then that should be considered a pro.

      Cons

      For remote work, salary seems to be based on what's "fair" for your location, rather than your skills & experience. There are team members (some in leadership roles) that are vocal anti-vax & anti-mask, and have no problem stating so in meetings. The fact that they are so open & vocal casts some doubt on other facets of the culture.

      Pros

      - Very laid-back group of coworkers who are open to feedback and easy to talk to (despite being remote) - Not too overwhelming when it comes to workflow. Everyone has equal amounts of duties so no one is doing more work than others.

      Cons

      - Being remote means it's hard to really get to know everyone - but that will change!
