toxic towards translators, late with payments with freelancers, basically asking them to work for free, a few rounds of redundancies in 2023 have left the team unmotivated and frustrated.

They don’t care about your well being. Management takes on so many projects but don’t offer enough resources to handle it all. The sales team doesn’t care about that, though. They just want to make money and unfortunately, unless you’re part of the (very biased) management team, you won’t really reap any benefits. They expect you to be available all hours of the day but won’t pay you for it. They don’t train their employees properly because even the managers don’t know what they’re doing. Nepotism is very real here so unless you’re related or friends with management, then don’t expect to go far at ZOO. I definitely would not recommend working here.
