Pros

Kind team, willing to train, straight forward tasks

Cons

Projects overlap so much that there is rarely a moment when work didn't feel super busy. But that also depends on the state of the industry. Can sometimes have to watch very intense content.

Pros

- Nice office - Nice employees the further down you go

Cons

- No business strategy, and therefor as soon as the work stopped coming (writers and actors strikes) they had no plan, no safety net (spent their money on stupid things) and made a lot of the workforce redundant - Bullying culture all over the business. If you're a straight white man, you'll get on fine. Anybody else, save yourself the aggravation and don't bother. Even with evidence and witnesses, you will never be believed, supported, and nothing will ever get done. - Sexual harassment is reported and not acted upon. You will then be gaslighted into thinking you're in the wrong, while sexual predators are put in front of customers and given a pay rise. - People stealing money from the company by using corporate credit cards to go on drinking benders and buying personal items - People are allowed to drink alcohol and smoke vapes at their desk - Exec team are corrupt and play favourites with the staff. When making people redundant they got rid of all trans, none binary, POC, and blamed it on a scoring system - No career progression - Full time recruitment person still employed, when half the workforce was let go and they are aiming to not hire any people in the UK or the US going forward. - Heavy on moving all work to India and therefore people are working themselves out of a job - People in senior positions because they have worked there a long time, even though they are incompetent, and no support is given to them to make them any better - Wasting money on an office in London that is mouse infested, and doesn't have any employees in it. - Waste money on an office in LA that can hold over 200 people but had 20 people using - Wasting money on an office in Sheffield that is only 10% full - No recognition, unless you're at the C-Suite, in which case you'll get up to 100% bonus. - They keep expanding abroad instead of investing in the staff they have - The CEO is spineless and lets people walk all over him. He micromanages half of the business, and isn't allowed to touch the rest. If the business is still there in a year, I will be shocked.
