Bad Quality of Work, Bad job role, No opportunities, Worst management
Pros
1) Depends on project but if you have a relaxed project then work life balance will be good.
Cons
1) Biased and Poor management, bad decision making skills 2) Qualification and Position is not matched properly, also salary structure vary too much. means they give any position to any one, there are people having Tech Lead position with only 5 yrs of experience but some one having more than 5 yrs of exp with Masters degree is given as Senior Engineer. 3) Even if you convey this concern to HR or to your Manager they won't do anything and you will end up in frustration. 4) The quality of work is very poor. They Promise you something while hiring, but after joining the work will not match your competencies. You will not like the work and then during Appraisal they will raise questions on your performance. 5) Nothing is good in this company, Managers don't know how to speak proper English, after joining this company my english has also become very poor.
