- Very Rude behaviour from team leads and managers - after covid they asking to work more then 9 hours which they say positive contribution. - if you have health issues in ur family even with your mother ..they not allowing wfh from your native ..you need to work from Hyderabad home.what kind of rule it is. - I don't recommend any married girl to join this company ..it's a mental torture , full time stress - here no support from HR, from team leads and even from manager ...all are same ... - many girls left the company because of health issues increase after joining this company - if you really love your and enjoy your work life ...better to join other companies with less payscale but never this company even with more package ... - how much sallary they gives you they will make triple work from you - team leads and managers are more worst then school teachers ..every day one teacher comes and take your class with shoutings and all..even it's not your mistake - full partiality with in team...and full blame game if any issue comes - if you have any issues with team lead ..you can't ask support from manager because you know he is more worst and if you think go to HR for support..they are more worsen then them..so where to go for support.. Then engineer will decide to leave job.

Everything else is under Cons. They even take Corona Crisis to their advantage. Every thing is political. No proper planning. Made ZF Hyderabad branch as a customer service center, which is supposed to be an R&D Center. Admin always wants to impress the foreigners, with good accommodation and food and parties. They create Fake glassdoor accounts to improve rating. only people close to higher management gets promotions, good hikes and parties. Always needs to nod head and impress them to get benefits. No need to talk about policies. Actually, there are NO Policies. New policy will be created daily in their advantage. Worst employee connection. HR will never communicate to employees. No proper communication. Worst transparency. And don't care mentality. No proper hierarchy. They don't have a clarity about the Work. No proper review work. It is an example, to say that, a company should not be like this. Infact its waste of time to write any kind of review.
