Pros

ZF is a great company to work for.

Cons

Unfortunate that they have closed so many US locations and moved the work to Mexico chasing lower cost labor. Probably in hindsight they may be regretting some of these moves now.

Pros

Flexible, people are nice locally

Cons

Extremely bad management decisions have lead the company into great amounts of debt. No raises for 2 years. They are shutting down US plants to send the production to Mexico and India. Work at an older US plant with a union? Wait 2 years and it'll be gone. Newly opened salary positions in the company are being restricted to hiring from only Mexico when it was previously held by a US resident. Don't work here if you're in the US, they don't want to pay US wages

Not much really - job security because if you don't do your job they don't fire you.

Cons

Poor management, no raises, no bonuses, will lie to get you in the door.
