The vision of the company and its affect on the world makes you feel you participate in something great. Fair loans, great colleagues.

Cons

Company is getting too "multinational": too many meaningless all-hands meetings, instead of concentrating on the important stuff. Management in SW developent is not always on top of things, regarding processes. In specific divisions (SMT) the workload on SW development is huge and there are no quiet periods.
