Great benefits, PTO, matching 401(k), etc. I really like my manager, but I know there are some that are abysmal

It is such a large company that communication can be nonexistent regarding vital parts of your job

It's a mix of work at home and office. S

Many companies changed to full time at home not hybrid. With savings on gas it was like getting a raise taken away when company went hybrid from working full time at home during covid. The $60 plus a week on gas was a savings and zeiss didn't have to spend a dime. Now with hybrid its like taking that raise you had for several years away. Most jobs could be full time home without problem.
