      Fair. but monotonous and has much room for improvement

      Pros

      Compensation is fair. Slightly higher compared to competitors like Hoya, Essilor, Signet A. other benefits like parking and entertainment expenses are capped. but taken care of by the company.

      Cons

      Too Bureaucratic. Decisions are made globally in the HQ in Germany and forced upon the local management. More decisions need to be made by and for local entities.

      Pros

      The technology is better that what the competition has to offer.

      Cons

      Management is mostly based on seniority in my department. Although some managers have little understanding of what they are dealing with, due to their years with the company they get to stay in management and try their best. Company is failing in every respect at this time.
