- good salary - tariffs of IG Metall are applied - interesting job

Cons

- temporary contracts - you can't plan your life for some long time - in the middle of nowhere. the nearest large cities are ca. 1 hour away (Ulm ,Stuttgart). - must to relocate

Good pay and benefits. Local lab staff and work environment great.

Cons

Too much micro-management. They change presidents about every 2 years so focus is constantly changing and difficult to keep up with for employees. Much employee turnover and loss of business.
