Massive cost cutting in the strangest of places Over priced products that can be bought elsewhere for better value No development in keeping up with current trends Outdated technology Arrogance from both the US and Germany when it comes to support and product development

Great products, and great co workers. That is about it.

Cons

Poor management, benefits expensive, no training or recognition. Upper management are horrible people. Only point out mistakes and not the good. No room for advancement.
