      Pros

      Some great people and a brand with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      People are not valued. Workload is high and recognition is low. Germany makes all of the major decisions and many are not right for the US market, but the US team is blamed when sales drop. Management is much more concerned about finding someone to blame instead of trying to fix problems or make things better. I could go on, but you get the idea...

      Pros

      Met a few normal/nice people. Insurance plans available are pretty good.

      Cons

      Antiquated computer systems, employee moral is very low, depressing atmosphere, unrealistic work load on employees who actually have work ethics. No communication between management and hourly employees. No instruction on processes - just expect people to know how they want things done. Very stressful atmosphere. Pay is very low - not up to standards with other companies this size. Turn over is big - most people do not stay long - they find other employment and leave due to the environment.
