      Nice colleagues, interesting projects, good atmosphere among the engineers

      Cons

      The management is a mixture of not-so-nice people, needless but self-preserving people and also some people who actually try to make things better. I got the impression Zeiss also does not really know where the company is supposed to go..

      Pros

      Good benefits and vacation Strong mid-level management and committed from mine associates however commitment is drastically being challenged and is dwindling.

      Cons

      Company has lost its direction. New senior leadership is not driving to a good outcome. HR department is a disaster just read previous HR comments. New leadership leads with fear rather then aspiration as in previous presidents have done! Sad to see this happen to great people in management and below.
