Large company with plenty of resources but needs help with its culture

Does not cut corners in terms of spending the money to get their employees what they need.

Cons

The company culture is not positively maintained. Middle and senior managers are not held accountable for company performance. Failures from some managers seemed to be forgotten while the smallest offense by lower level associates is sometimes treated harshly
