It can get hot even with climate control . Sometimes the Machines put off an omissions that can smell . Exposed to chemicals . They have a point system I think point systems suck as far as work life balance or if you get sick more than once in 90 days your screwed . ( unless they like you) But I don’t see that as a major con. If you want to feel like you went back to Jr high or high school welp you found it here. Place seems great with friendly staff and most are. But you have a smile in your face talk behind your back, Drama and teachers pet favorites atmosphere. So if you are into drama and working as another person sits and talks or having the it’s okay if this person breaks the rules because well we like them kind of job. No teamwork . Then congratulations this is the place for you. If you have an ideal for something that may work better or help improve things sometimes you are heard most times you are not.

Very restrictive work atmosphere, questionable direction from upper management, behind the times in almost every facet, extreme restrictions in company spending, very slow to react, not proactive, controlled and heavily restricted by main headquarters in Germany.
