      Pros

      Essentially get to run your own business. I feel like my manager Tim truly cares about my success and doesn't micromanage. Un capped commission, car allowance, and room for growth.

      Cons

      No cons with company, but wish I would have negotiated my salary better with my recruiter. But I'm still so very happy to work here!

      Middle Mgt., wants to improve, upper Mgt., to survive. The Captain of the ship will throw you overboard for the Company to survive.
