      Pros

      Great work environment and co-workers! Was with my company for26 years. Zeiss brought up all these optical labs on the east coast and drove them into the ground! They closed the doors on all of the companies they brought up, leaving a lot of people unemployed.

      After working for a great company for so long, they (Zeiss Group), came in and destroyed it!!

      Good office atmosphere and friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Management has no idea of what is going on the world. Bad communication all around the company. People work hard to maintain the current status of things instead of trying to improve themselves.
