- Engineer regularly exceeding the normal work hours with to no overtime and little to no comp time - Standard organizational structure to most established organizations - Culture is not something to write home about

Spread out over many different responsibilities, sometimes it gets hard to focus on the important aspects for any given day. Time management is a must.
