      Pros

      Amazing products and leader in the industry. The company and benefits are solid over all. Depends which location you work at and the individuals with which you will be interfacing on a daily basis on how you will enjoy your time

      Cons

      Recently management has taken this company to run like a publicly traded company looking at month over month earnings and making immediate adjustments to make bottom line numbers conform to Germany's (HQ) liking. Starting salaries not great unless you negotiate a good one. You pretty much have to quit to get a better salary so make sure you're good at your job because then they'll finally pay attention and give you a nice bump.
