Pros

Friendly co-workers. Other than that, really not much pros for the company right now.

Cons

Company is going down. Lay off every a few months. High work load for current employee. No career advancement. Benefits keep cutting.

Pros

Met a few normal/nice people. Insurance plans available are pretty good.

Cons

Antiquated computer systems, employee moral is very low, depressing atmosphere, unrealistic work load on employees who actually have work ethics. No communication between management and hourly employees. No instruction on processes - just expect people to know how they want things done. Very stressful atmosphere. Pay is very low - not up to standards with other companies this size. Turn over is big - most people do not stay long - they find other employment and leave due to the environment.

Great products, company has been around for 165 years, nice people. That's about all the pros but this section is making provide a 20 word limit.

Cons

No work/life balance, low pay, terrible leadership, lack of direction, way behind the times, does not execute fast enough on everything
