      Once you are hired, the company does everything to keep and not fire you. A lot of smart people in R&D Good work life balance

      Cons

      Slow projects might take longer than other companies. A lot of bureaucracy, most of the management is in Germany since you are in the USA. things can be challenging to communicate and get approved management is very conservative when it comes to make decisions
