challenging work if you like that, a lot of amazing and complex machines and microscopes with amazing technology. You are on your own, it's very independent, they allow you to own your territory and make your own decisions to help customers, good benefits, they provide a company vehicle. Good team of FSE's to work with.

Cons

trainings are not always up to date to what is actually happening in the field, they rip you off by paying you minimum wage for traveling after 8 hours in a day, that should be illegal, there is also a lot of paperwork nonsense commanded by management. Many times there is a lot of communication problems between different departments.
