Snacks,drinks,games but that is all

Cons

You are treated like you are nothing, they let people just anytime. Numerous times I saw people get to work, ready for shift and then suddenly you're fired. Sometimes even in the middle of your shift. When you try to change teams to progress further, they threaten you with termination. When you speak up, they threaten you with termination. When they make a mistake, they still somehow threaten you. One of the fakest companies I ever saw. How can you be at the top yet treat people like this?

Pros

Sports compensation is decent. There are many honestly great people in the company (none in HR and upper management though). The equipment, events and premises are great. The company also offers a lot of good opportunities, provided you lick the correct pair of boots.

Cons

Possibly one of the worst HR and upper management teams I have seen in the industry. There is absolutely no transparency when it comes to salaries, and the company rewards politics and bootlicking when it comes to career growth. Rarely is someone rewarded for their knowledge and actual contribution to the business. Several people on the same job position will earn wildly different wages, not based on merit but a courtesy of friends in high places. If you are a honest person who does your best, expect your salary to be fairly mediocre. If you're highly skilled, get ready to be in a professional rut for the rest of your YOLO career. Overall, I could NOT recommend this company. You will be more rewarded, better compensated and recognised by your hard work and contributions literally anywhere else.

Never join if you are targeting goals. Just cozy place to do nothing, smile to everyone and make looks like you are hard worker. Nice done.

Cons

After 17:00 your tasks and chats would be ignored.
