      Pros

      Never join if you are targeting goals. Just cozy place to do nothing, smile to everyone and make looks like you are hard worker. Nice done.

      Cons

      After 17:00 your tasks and chats would be ignored.

      You could get nice salary and literally do nothing valuable because of corporate bs.

      Poor management, not enough proficiency, a lot of distractions from random "managers"
