Good challenging products to work with. Lots of market demands. Great working environment. A lot of great people to learn and grow. Work is hectic due to demands, but your time estimation and planning are a must to keep the work under control. A lot of opportunities to grow if you prove yourself and contribute value to the organization. Competetive salary and perks.

Cons

The gaming industry is demanding and very competitive If you are coming in then you need to consider this. Somewhat difficult to approach management, but not impossible.
