It is good to do when a student

Nice colleagues, free drinks and snacks, monthly sports copensation, study leave etc

Cons

After a while, it gets really draining because essentially you are doing the same thing over and over again (dealing cards) and staring at a monitor. Sometimes you need to work 180 hours in a month.
