-The people are really awesome and always have your back! -Free snacks and drinks -Cool and dark office (warm in the cold months). -Lots of freedom and variety in terms of tasks and projects - no such things as routine!

Cons

-To some it's a con, to others a pro: crazy fast pace! -Work/life balance could have been improved upon.

Pros

The focus is on customer and employee satisfaction. Lots of opportunities to grow and advance. Personal growth budget and online training institute are available. Sports is supported and also relocation etc. Lots of small benefits (good tech, nice office, drinks etc.) are available that make working for the company very enjoyable. Very innovative business model and outlook to management.

Cons

The company has gone through major growth and will continue to do so. Some process related things need to be improved and this is not a place for people that deal badly with change.
