Pros

Not much pressure. Can be a regular 9 to 5 job if you want it that way,

Cons

Probably the worst company to work for as a software engineer. Terrible, inflexible Japanese culture. The center in Singapore has no clout and no say in things. Everyone comes in, does something till 5 careful not to rock the boat much and leaves. No incentive to improve. And suggestions to improve the process or the engineering system falls on deaf ears. Most employees are sub par. The pay is much below average. Stay away
