Pros

Depending on position work is very interesting, because it is a rather small subsidiary there is a chance to do diverse things which will be covered by specialized departments or positions in really big companies.

Cons

Managers are follwoing often their own ideas, cooperation between departments could be better. Payment is industry standard but barely additional benefits. Claims to be part of an international company but actions are mostly independent.
