Pros

A very generous variable bonus - recession or not. Pleasure to work with Japanese counterparts. Relax environment

Cons

It is considerably a retirement company. If you want to grow in the domain, it is OK. But there isn't much room for technical growth. Regardless if you perform or not, they are less likely to kick you out.
